Good morning this morning again, and here's todays helping of useless trivia:
- You share your birthday with at least 9 million other people in the world.
- The shortest war in history was between Zanzibar and England in 1896. Zanzibar surrendered after only 38 minutes.
- Babies are born without knee caps. They don't appear until the child reaches 2-6 years of age.
- Because of the rotation of the Earth, an object can be thrown further if it is thrown West (well duh).
- The average human body contains enough fat to make seven bars of soap.
- An ostrich's eye is bigger than its brain (heard that one on Blue Peter years ago).
- By law, every child in Belgium must take harmonica lessons at primary school.
I reckon I'm going to start re-reading HP6 now. I might notice something that I didn't pick up on when I was trying to find out what happened as quickly as possible, though I doubt it. Here's hoping.
